Audi s3 2007 - S5 19inch copies wheels 225/35/19. correct offset needed please???

Hi could anyone please give me some information needed regarding offset's on the s3 im looking to buy some s5 alloy in 19 inch for mine and they come in 35/45/55 offset's from my local alloy dealer.

Any help would be great.

ive got 19" 9j with a 45 offset on mine - they fit fine with 3mm spacers allround...on the s3 8p that is.
