Do you mean the clip that stops it being moved to the side window ? by gripping the round bar bit ?

If so its probably retainer for sunvisor, soul(Black) 8EO 857 562 A 4PK...£7.25
cover cap retainer for sunvisor, soul(Black) 8EO 857 563 A 4PK...£1.85
And the screw cover hinge end in Black is 8EO 857 621 4PK..0.34p

TBH mate given the amount of items involved in a sun visor and the dozens of different models of A3/S3 you had best check at an audi parts desk before ordering.
