Hi guys, recently has my clutch (stock) replaced along with the DMF after the clutch "went". When I got the car back it has this hesitation after changing gear (never had it before). Its like its not fully engaged after the clutch is released but not like its slipping.

Its been to Audi 2 been looked at and they can feel that their is a problem but all test show everything is running ok. After the looked more into it they found that it had been remapped and now think the map has something to do with it.

It should be going in again next week to have the ecu re flashed back to original by Audi and see if its still happening.

Any ideas in the mean time about what it could be?

Cheers, does sound just the same. I feel it 2nd,3rd and 4th though. Never had it before I had the clutch/flywheel changed.

Mine should be going in at then end of next week to have the map taken off and retested. Im 99% sure its to do with the clutch/flywheel though.

I had clutch and flywheel changed and it started happening afterwards. Can't recall having that problem before. My car's also remapped, but I can remove it cause I've got bluefin.

Yeah mines the same with Revo. I know bluefin completely removes the map though.

Was yours done by Audi?

I had it done by a independent VAG specialist. Mine's 2.0tdi by the way.

Not yet. Will try to unplug/change MAF and see if that affects anything.

Any updates? Doing abit of digging myself and notice a more of a noise when the clutch it not depressed. Also slight clunk noise when engage/disengaging.

HI...had no problems with mine after it was changed, and the only problems I remember seeing were those who had the DMF changed to single mass.

Bit of a stage one:

Put my original wheels back on and now the problem has gone?! Wheels are not buckled or anything at all. The Ck's where on before I had the clutch changed and there was none of this problem!

This thread just gets stranger and stranger, interesting read though....hope you guys get to the bottom of it

That's well strange. I'll till be changing MAF as soon as I get some time to do it.

Yeah its very weird! Only thing I can think of is that while jacking its put pressure on something to go "into place"?!

Would love if someone could shed some light on this?
