2001 210BHP S3 cambelt change

At what mileage should this be carried out and how much should i expect to pay?

From memory, it needs doing at 100k miles and costs around £350 at a main dealers. Most people seem to have it done at 80k to be on the safe side. Also, people recommend having the waterpump changed at the same time.

My car is currently on 70k miles, so I'll be getting it done in another 10k.
