Flywheel rattle

my flywheel has started to rattle only really notice it when u turn the car an sometimes pulling away do you think this is anything to worry about straight away and will it do much damage if i dont change it asap any advice greatfull

I get that feeling from mine between 1st to 2nd, and onto 3rd, it has been like that for over 2 years, and it has not caused an issues for me.
