Side Lights

Feel a bit of a dumbo asking this question, but has anyone tried chaging the side light bulbs on their car.

I have been told that they are push in and pull out fittings. I have been fiddling with them for a while now, but they are well set in and do not seem to want to come out. I do not want to pull to hard in case I damage the wires or fitting.

Am I missing something.

Had the same thoughts the other day when one of mine needed changing. It does feel as though you are going to break it but with a bit gentle persuasion it will come free.
