Haldex Oil & Filter - got it off ebay and they added the filter removal tool in by mistake cause i was gonna make it at work, no need now got a free one

What use is a haldex filter tool to you ryan? I thought your A3 was FWD?

ive got one that uses a ratchet, got it off ebay for 10 quid and works a treat

dunno how you lot change ya own without a ramp, i watched this being done on the ramp and it was a pain then for a qualified mechanic

I did mine in a pit which was nice and easy. I wouldn't even bother trying it jacked up on the driveway

i managed to do mine on ramps over the weekend.pretty tight and lost a bit when putting the new oil in as you got to put it in vertical
