I've just bought an 01 1.8T quattro sport and it has a couple of strange electrical niggles.- The red needles on the dash clocks are not lighting up; the dials backlight with the headlights on but the needles go black at night which is not good as they go invisible! Does anybody know if there is a fuse for this...?
The tailgate keeps unlocking itself. Even when open it electrically unlocks and unlocks continuously. I though; bad outer handle/switches...? How do you take the tailgate apart!? Is this a known problem?
