What sort of time does a BT 350bhp S3 do a quarter mile in compared to just a mildly tuned one at around 270 bhp?

Mid to low 13's for a BT S3; high 13's to low 14's for a remapped S3.

Times and figures are academic. It's the way the car makes you feel that really matters.

There are people (albeit very wealthy) willing to pay an extra 50k for a 0.5 sec advantage on an Aston Martin (aka DBS).

So 10k for a second is not bad if you look at it from that perspective. Plus I'm sure it didn't cost Chris 10k to have his BT fitted.

Besides a second is a hefty old gap at those speeds I think you'll find.
