I bought a brand new A3 in Brilliant Black in March. The first occasion that i had bird excrement on the car, on the back wing section, it was cleaned off after a 3 1/2 hrs. The car was also protected with Supaguard on the paint. It caused a massive stain damage that had turned the area matt on the paint work. Any suggestions to why it caused this damage after such a short period of time??
