Had the afternoon off and saw it was dry, so decided to give my car it's annual wash! lol

Considering the mileage I do, and the track usage, I'm pretty impressed with them to be honest. Running Falken 452s on the rear, and those are not bad too. Can't comment on potholes, never been over one with these rims on, but I think if you hit a pothole hard, no tyre is going to save your rim!

All I did was clean it, dry it, then coat of Meguiars Gold for quickness, couldn't find my Swissvax Best of Show, someones borrowed it and not returned it! :mad:

I had rims refurbed last year, and put a couple coats of poorboys Rim Wax prior to fitting, still cleans verywell, unfortunately, the pictured rim seems to have some sort of corrosion coming through on the edge.

Shame I won't be at ADI 2012 now, but will be doing the Badger5 dyno day instead. If it's dry on Sat I shall give the car a wax in honour of all you lot down at Castle Coombe.

Cheeky swine, you're only not going because you forgot to clean your S3 last Sunday! :moa:
 
hi guys, on my Ibis White 2011 A3 got Yellow Dots on paint, when washed still on. It is hard to remove them and takes long time , anybody know how to remove them easily? any spray?

clay bar the car mate loads of lube and they will come out no probs

I have T8ups going off road!, will sort it once I get back home after the drag strip tomorrow, at least they aren't bothered about noise!, still ****** off I didn't get on the track today, hope it dont rain or thats off as well!, it was great to see folks again after Aitp :)
