Daylight Running Lighting

Thinking about getting a set of Headlights with the Daylight Running lighting for my S3

Does anyone know if it is difficult to install, i know you can just straight replace the headlights but to wire-up so that the DRL's can run whenever the engine is on?

also does anyone have any pics (ideally silver S3) with DRL's on so i can see what it looks like

Hi Dave do you have an S3 8P as you may have posted this in the wrong section

Be fiddly mate. You'd have to split the headlights, install the drl's then id say splice them into the sidelights, easy job just fiddly.

I don`t think the 8l headlights suit daylight running lights

No it is an 8l just curious what it would look like, have found some custom headlights that come with DRL's as standard but not sure if its worth the expense

Oh ok thought it was 8P as they just wont look right on an 8L, like karl says dont do it but at the end of the day its your car good luck what ever you decide to do dude.
