wierd alarm problem

right please help im going mad
lock the car alarm works and arms
unlock the door the doors unlock and the alarm stays active open the door alarm goes off
the only way to get into the car and unlock all doors and diable the alarm is to use the boot lock !!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SUMONE HELP ME

If the alarm is doing wierd things then chances are it's the age old back up battery issue. Over time they leak and corrode the PCB. This usually manifests itself with 3-4 beeps when you first get in the car and then the alarm going off at 3am for no reason, but because the acid can eat into the circuit board then all manner of issues can arise. Just disconnect the thing as it's a totally pointless alarm anyway. Or follow the DIY fix on here, loads of posts about it.

thanks for the reply andymac the alarm doesnt bleep 3 times just doesnt disarm when you turn the key in the door but does from the boot
gonna get a key fob blip and see if that helps matters
