funny noise when i turn engine off

hi all i have 1.9tdi on x reg when i turn the engine off it makes a noise like a fog horn lasts for about 6 seconds seems to come from a unit in the engine bay on the bulk head battery side has 3 air pipes going to it there is 2 of these units side by side its the 1 on the right as u look at them any idear what it is and is it faulty any tests i can do will try to find name for it and a pic

Sounds like a blocked breather system.....sorry dont know much about soot chuckers......

N75 boost solenoid we change them at work all the time. Known as a moo valve as sounds like a cow mooing

It's the EGR. I'd put money on it

is it normal for them to moo lol or does it meen its at fault car drives ok ?

It's not normal, we replace about 5 every week at work
