They are different to each other if i remember right the top one has 5 wires and the bottom 4 but it could be the other way round been a while since i did mine
Deffo different.
Had a quick look on euro car parts, but they don't stock a wideband pre cat sensor sadly.
I thought I answered this in one of your other threads,,,

01314 engine control module
17833 evap purge valve (n80)
16955 brake switch f
16486 mass air flow sensor (g70)
17523 oxygen lambda sensor heating b1 s1
17861 exhaust gas temp sensor 1 (g235)
17525 oxygen lambda sensor heating b1 s2
some of the other faults have gone since i had my cat took off today so thats abit better
cheers tuffty
Having a quick look at some of those codes seem to come up as 'short to ground' as a common description...
Judging from your ECU 01314 error I am of a mind that the cause of a lot of these errors are due to the ECU picking up another problem
01314 - Ross-Tech Wiki
Also digging around I found this..
VWVortex.com - got 8 codes 17880 17833 17525 17843 etc
Has some similar codes to yours... all the posts seem to suggest fuel pump relay for some reason... thats a start point at least...
Google is your actual friend btw ;P
<tuffty/>
I think at this point my friend its worth taking it to a specialist...
O2 sensors are lambdas... fuel pump relay should be under the dash drivers side IIRC but no idea what one...
I would personally get the car checked over by a qualified auto electrician as all the faults you have appear to be the result of a larger problem... I suspect if the initial problem is fixed then most of the other faults should clear...
<tuffty/>
thanks mate ill do that then and leave all those things for now ill change fuel pump see what crack is tar again tuffty
