Yes simple to do, a bit expensive just for main beam though...
Plus i dont think it will do the xenon any good when you flash somebody a brief second....and they would not be bright on a flash as they have to warm up.....

Can be done, will cost max £45 from ebay for the kit. I have done a bi-xenon on another car bulb is H4-3 on Sunday, this mean both hi/lo beams are replaced for xenon. it works fine it's not as dim as when you first start up your low beam xenons.
plus I have seen high and low beams OEM fitted to new MB E class they look really good.
