dump valve

I got my a3 agu with a dump valve fitted but its stoped working can these just stop working? am new to turbo cars

dump valve or diverter valve? if its a dump valve take it off and put on a diverter valve. it will mess up ur engine. The vag engines are on a closed loop to need to reuse the boost unlike scoobys etc so you dont want to start dumping the boost out as it will screw up your turbo

You would care about the turbo if it spits a blade through the engine....

No, that's another atmospheric dump valve dude. If your looking to change, go for the 007P from Forge.
