Typical. After 9 (long) weeks of waiting my BiTDi has finally arrived today at Norwich Audi and I'm abroad with work!
 
The wait is killing me, fingers crossed it should be here before the end of April.

Yeah, should hopefully only be a few weeks for you chaps. Mine's in the UK (Grimsby) and has a transporter allocated to it. Just waiting for the transporter to fill before a quick trip to Sheffield. If it gets there by Wednesday, I can collect this Friday :smiley:

If not, it will have to wait another 10 days due to work commitments ☹️

Mine was only in QC for 1 day and has now left the factory, fingers crossed it will be here in a couple of weeks!

audi upgrades
Update: Arrived in Sheffield Thursday, in the workshop Friday, collected Saturday morning.
The delivery process at Sheffield is awesome, the car rises from the basement on a lift into the delivery room, which you are then invited to enter to view it/start it/ drive it out. The initial sound from that exhaust on start-up is just amazing!

Haven't stopped smiling since!

Status 40 since Monday morning, hoping it should be ready for collection in a few days.

I've also had 2 messages / alerts on the tracker this week saying that my order status has changed despite it staying at 40.
 
Strange how the timing can be so different. I have exactly the same build week as yourself grimey yet I am not on the boat yet! A couple of extra days in QC and it looks like it will be a couple of weeks later at my dealer....

Most people seem to be in QC for a week whereas mine was only 1 day.
Maybe they got fed up of looking at a Catalunya Red and wanted it gone:)
 
Mine was telling me that it was starting build on April 4th yet it went into the panel shop today!!
 
That's pretty normal should show as qc by the 4th as in built

Mines been in code 40 since Monday also. Was told by the dealership that they had a backlog of orders at the port in UK and so my car won't be arriving until 11/04... Bit of a joke really so he's going to try and get it collected themselves

Mine is in the UK so I guess it will be at the dealer next week at some point?. Now all I need to do is reach anagreement to send my company car back two months early......

Had a call from my dealer this morning - the car has arrived with them and collection has been arrived for this Friday!

Thats one hell of a spec! Nice one! I gotta say, I'm going to be a little bit sad when I can't keep track of my order any more!
 
Yeah, but when you can't track it, it means you have it on your driveway. :hubbahubba:I can't wait. Hopefully will be picking up on 1st June.
 
That's mine in panel shop now 14th April and build date showed 18th April, just wonder how long from this point to picking it up ??
 
2 - 3 weeks if all goes well, a month max I would say.

Hey John, I've been fascinated with it all week now and have tracked my car down to the EMS Highway that is in Grimsby unloading now :)

If you look in the A3/S3 equivalent order tracking thread you can see a lot of other people have been tracking all sorts of ships haha. It's been good fun actually. I could tell you the names of the tugs operating in Emden port too but I won't go that far in fear of being outcast!
