I would have expected it to progress this weekend... but forward dates is a new one on me!

It's actually suggesting you're already status 30???

In truth I think you will be exactly as I was... leave factory Tuesday and at port by Thursday next week.

Here's hoping - only fly in the ointment - the current car is not due to be handed back late May ... so May have to sit @ the dealership for a wee while ... 21st century problems eh !!

My build week has jumped from 29 to 27 this morning. It seems to change every Sunday. Lol. Anyone with similar experience? My status is still 10 btw.

Mine is also 17th build date and I've got the same as you! I thought maybe that status 24 date was maybe when they think all the quality control stuff would be finished and it would leave the factory.

I would anticipate that they would want you to take delivery of the car within a certain timeframe.

When dealerships order stock cars, they have a month to shift them on generally before Audi UK will start charging interest. They sometimes refer to this as the garage "adopting" the car.

I would expect the same to apply after say 30 days(ish) so they may not be able to let you leave it for too long.

Yep mine has also left! :grinning: I also have the odd date order like yours where status 24 has a later date than status 30! I guess it's just round the wrong way or something.

Someone that has already collected a S3. Could you share a few pics from the manual showing the engine wear in period? :)
 
Oh dear I collected mine today and it's been full chat l threw the gears lol

Does the new S3 have a 12v port in the boot?

If yes, would someone mind showing me the position?

Just doing some research on electric cool boxes for the boot.

Thanks :) I am actually getting a sportback. I would imagine they are the same, if anyone with a sportback get's a chance post also if you don't mind!
