My Ara Blue S3 arrived at my dealers last Friday, but still no idea when I'm picking it up!!

Keep speaking with the sales manager, but keep getting the same response "... we're very busy..."

That is shocking mate! Went down to Audi tonight to sign off finance and register the car. Got told if it arrives Friday first thing I'll get it Saturday, if not it will be Monday.

Ems Highway is also going to Grimbsy, it left Emden just now. Grimbsy bonanza!

Mine went from code 30 on a Tues, to 38 on a Sat, to 39 on a Thurs. 9 days. So I think I missed one boat out, but got the next.

Ems Highway is another big capacity vessel, 1600 cars. I've waited since April, a few more days isn't the end of the world. Also gives me more time to get rid of my Golf, Im waiting for it to be collected

Mine was at 38 for five days before it got on the ship. 38 just means it's arrived at the port of exit and has been cleared for shipping. It's one of those statuses that isn't available to us once it's finally changed to 39 which is why not many people have a record of it.

Hello chaps im another popping in from the A4 section hope you don't mind as you seem more of a keen bunch at the tracking process.

My black edition A4 saloon surprised me by being built almost a month before its expected build week of 21st of August and is currently status 30 so on its way to the port, seem to be similar to Chris in that it jumped straight to this from status 10 yesterday.

Now the fun part of seeing how long it hangs around the ports! Bit of a guessing game as need to sell my trusted 8p S3 at some point too

1) Get your order number
2) Log in to the youraudi page
3) In a separate browser tab (same browser session though, so using automatically the login credentials of "2)"), manually go to
https://www.audi.co.uk/myaudi-public-api/services/v1/orders/your_order_number
replacing in your order number in bold at the end.

This, gets you the raw JSON-format data which the Audi database is providing to the basic web-page so that it can show your 1,2,3,4 etc..
But the raw data also has all the extra status info which the youraudi page chooses not to detail.

Depending on what data-viewing extensions your browser happens to have installed, this raw data will either be a single long line of characters, or presented to you in a more legible format (e.g. if you've got some sort of JSON viewer add-on).
Or you could try just cut-pasting your own data from "3)" above into the left-hand window here https://codebeautify.org/jsonviewer and then click "Beautify" in the middle.

Anyway - what this gets you in some or other more-or-less readable form, is info like

Order Status 38 - Waiting for a ship (note, this one disappears from the data stack after you've actually got on to a ship)
Order Status 39 - Vehicle is on a ship
Order Status 40 - Vehicle has landed, also transport order notification
Order Status 60 - In transit to dealer
Order Status 70 - Arrived at dealer - Call to make your collection plans

Wesser Highway and EMS Highway are both en route to Grimsby. Wesser should arrive later this morning. My A3 is still status 38 so can't be on either.
Thames Highway is in Zebrugge
Makassar Highway is en route to Sheerness.
carrier car CSCC Tianjin is Emden arrived from Southampton last night
Pacific Highway and Adriatic Highway are due at Emden later today.

Weser Highway is in Emden with next destination shown as Grimsby

It really depends. Can be anywhere from two to six weeks. My build date was 3rd July and I'm picking it up 2nd August.

Some people have waited a few days for a boat, 1 member waited almost a month. I'm on day 8 and can't help but think I'm caught in the scramble to get cars to UK dealers ready for the 67 plate.

Being north of the border I expect your car will go to Tyne, since I been watching (note to self: get a life) there has only been 1 direct sailing to Tyne. I'd plan to collect when you return from holiday. No matter when your car makes it to the dealer it will be somebody else's responsibility until you return.

My dealership has marked it as a priority now and in 24 hours they will be able to call to find out exactly what date it will hit their compound in the UK (not sure if they are just saying this to get me off their back!)

Looks like your car is in the same batch as mine as my production date etc are identical to yours. The dealer maybe be able to mark it as a priority but from what I understand they don't have much influence until the car has arrived in the UK and they have to raise the transport order. I'll be interested to hear what your dealer comes back with. My car is going to Bolton Audi so should arrive in the UK through Grimsby. I think I've counted 6 sailings so far from Emden to Grimsby since my car arrived at the port.

Guys check back through my timeline - I had my car delivered pretty fast - I think my timings are the average.

Some quicker some much slower - so I would look back to my posts and use those dates as estimates.

Fingers crossed for status 39 tonight. To be honest Im getting a bit bored of waiting now, the lack of information is doing my head in. My sales person is rather disappointing as well. I expected a better experience.

Anyone hoping Audi will prioritise there car before leaving Germany can think again. Just cant imagine some guy wandering Emden car park around looking for your car and shifting others about to get at yours.

I completely agree, the sheer number of cars at Emden make picking odd cars from here and there practically impossible, take a look at the satellite images of the port. Audi will ship cars in the order they decide, much in the same way they will build cars in the order they decide, irrespective of any date promised by the dealer.
