yet another problem (BLB)

right where to start.
last week the car broke down wouldnt run etc needed a MAP sensor.
fitted new sensor car starts and drove then went in to limp.
wont rev wont drive chucks loads of black smoke out the back !
iv also used a MAP sensor from a running car the still the same problem (NO CODES)
BUT !! when we unplug the MAP the cars runs good apart from no boost
theres no smoke etc etc and drives
any ideas ??

Hmm well the lad thats sorting it rang me and said the egr was off
and the rod has loads of play in it and rattles when you shake it
and looks like the something is falling off
so yes i think you are right ill know more tmoro when i go up
