Xenon Headlight DRL Help

So the drivers side LED DRL strip recently stopped working - I purchased a new headlight unit to fix this. I have connected everything back up to the new headlight but now I am getting no lights at all on the DRL option for lights.

The LED strip will work when using the sidelight option. I have tested the voltage going to each headlight unit. Passenger side has a measure of 11.5V & 5V. Driver side has a measure of 11.5V & 0V. Does anyone know why this could be happening, everything is wired correctly and I've checked connections.

Test new wire from originating point, should be the CE module to the connector, see if it fixed then replace if so.
