Xenon effect headlight bulbs

Brought 2 xenon effect h7 headlight bulbs which are blue in colour,but when i put them in car they are orangey/yellow in light output wtf,how does that work ?
They were only cheap ones of fleabay

Cheating rats! I've only ever used Philips Extremes on any car that needed better/whiter lights.

Edit:- Maybe from PowerBulbs?

I have emailed them but heard nothing as yet. Serious negative feedback is calling me but i will give them couple of days to reply.

if the glass is coated with the blue then they will still shine yellow or will be pure blue. if the glass is blue then they will be white, mine are the latter.
