Write Off?

My 2018 A3 got hit whilst parked , many have said it's a write off, what do you guys think?

Probably a structural write-off rather than an uneconomical repair but could potentially bridge both categories.

Firstly, sorry to hear, especially as it’s only a year or so old.

Only a body shop can say for sure but the damage is extensive - the skewed rear wheel, crease high up in the C pillar, and exposed crash bar/chassis end do suggest more damage that you can’t see from the photo.

If your car was parked, someone must have hit it at quite a speed.
