Would these wheels fit my B7 saloon?

Thinking of buying a set of used original Audi 18" alloys, would they fit my A4 B7 saloon? The ET43 is spot-on and i believe i will need spiggot rings to reduce the borehole to 57.1 which is no big deal but what about other measurements? Cheers

provided that those figures are correct they will fit without any issues except the hub size, as you said spigot rings will be needed.

Thanks but i've just noticed that they are 7" wide whereas my current 18" reps are 8" wide and have 225/40/R18 tyres fitted. Does that mean i would need to change my tyres to a smaller width? If so, what would be the best size?
