Hi does anyone know where i can get a workshop manual or anything to help understand the car?1999 S3.

Haynes don't do one for the S3, I have been looking myself. I have just bought ElsaWin off Ebay which is what the manufacturers use.

Get a copy of Elsawin off ebay mate. cheap as chips and really useful. Your S3 is over 10 years old so you won;t even need the latest version.
