Looking for a second opinion, I had the thermostat replaced today and while that was being done I replaced the DV rev G with a Rev D and bolted on a DV+. Now the car has no boost its like its being held back, its not limp mode as the car drives ok. I ran the OBD scanner and it has a pending fault P0101 Mass or volume air flow circuit range performance problem. which indicates a maf fault but could this be red herring and the issue is the DV work thats been done??

Let me get this correct, you have an OEM DV Rev D and a DV+ connected?
You only need one DV, and I would recommend the Rev D one.

Aye I didn't know what was fitted turns out it was the G version had bought a D ages ago so took the D solenoid and put the DV+ on it.

maf and DV ruled out today, I remember there used to be a common problem with TFSI cars where the flap in the inlet manifold would sieze up, not a mechanic but can anyone shed any light on this?
