Wing removal

Some thoughtless git drove into my car last weekend damaging the drivers wing (and then driving off). I've bought one in the right colour off evilbay but was wondering how easy it is to replace. Has anyone removed a wing and if so could they give me a few pointers of what to do. Car is a 2008 S3 and i'm mechanically minded. Thanks.

Did you find out how to do this as im replacing my wing on my A6

I removed mine, you need to undo the front bumper firstly theres guides online to do it.

You then need to remove the arch guards, remove the small cap near the door area and it will reveal the fixings and bolts.

Also from ontop of the engine bay there are 3 bolts, Its a bit of a task but start with removal of the bumper, headlights arches and youll see all the fixings for it.
