I have noticed that my 2010 S6 seems to have a bizarre symptom when first starting up in the mornings. If i put the aircon in demist it almost instantly steams up the screen. Leave it on the normal auto setting and it keeps the windows nicely clear whilst driving.
Once it has steamed the screen up it seems to take a while to clear it (and the side windows).
I have tried turing the auto recirc off in the MMI settings and it has had new genuine pollen filters last year. There are a few leaves in the scuttle but no sign of standing water. There is also no sign of damp smell in the car.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Once the car has been driven a short distance, using demist seems to be fine. It is just when initially started.
The climate control system seems to function fine otherwise.
