Windscreen replacement?

well yesterday driving on the motorway and car in front has clicked a stone up and made about a 4 inch crack on my windscreen. After phoning my insurance and getting put through the to the company they use to replace it. The guy from the company says that there is 7 types of glass for my car. He asked if I had rain sensor and my car does. My car also has the sun strip built in the glass. What I am wondering is, is there anything else I need to know about ? I have googled and people have said about gel packs to put the rain sensor back on correct? Also will the window have the green tint?

Sorry for so many questions, this is my first time having to have one replaced..

That's probably questions you should be asking the company who will replace the windscreen.

I had mine replaced last year, they asked for my reg then confirmed that I had rain sensor.
no problems with the rain sensors after being replaced.
