Window issue :(

Hi all just a quick question and I'm sure you guys are the right people to ask but my drivers window won't go up or down now this is a pain in the ****!!

When you press the button you can hear the motor working but the window won't move.

Any ideas if this is just the clips that hold the window in place or the regulator?

Almost certainly will be the regulator, dont buy the cheap ones off ebay as they are known for not lasting very long, there is a good video on youtube showing how to change it

Thanks for the response guys the only difference I see is that my window just doesn't move full stops less the runners are down then the window will move freely by hand
