So it’s been a few months and it’s time to start changing things up, got a good idea from posts here on what to do, definitely looking for a remap & exhaust soon as well as some cosmetic changes.

Here she is as bought in November, had the windows done straight away along with a de-badge.

Woke up yesterday morning with some new 19” alloys! Inovit Speedy 19’s, eBay bargain.

Apart from some some spigot rings it was straight on, no issues and liking the black more than I expected.

Nice wheel option - they look good. Could I ask what tint percentage you went for?

Thanks,

Matt.

Thanks Matt! Quite like it, think a rs4 grill is in order to complement the wheels. Rear is as black as possible, can’t see through from outside, front windows are 60% pass through.

Goodies arrived! Spray on light tint and an RS4 style grill

Progress! Super happy, will probably add the Audi logo once I’ve ordered a mount. Bit too stealthy for my liking as it is. Painted the crash bar and all reinstalled without a hitch.

License plate inspired by @Chop. Few tweaks and some aluminium bar and were in business!

I saw these funnily enough. They don’t do Matt black. I’m having the rear splitter and side
Skirts done in Matt so would
Look silly of the front grill was gloss?!

Yes it looks like it will. I assume attaching number plate holder and PDC sensors are easy enough?

Yea, I’m not using mine but they were plastic screws that expand into a mount behind...

Do you have sensors to the front and just didn't need to use them? Happy with only using the ones to the side at the front?

The grill I’ve got has the brackets, I used the blanks which were supplied to fill them as I don’t have sensors

lol.
How do you like the nu,her plate to the side? Did it take some getting used to.
Finding it a bit like marmite.

Only been on about 4 hours! I like it, need the Audi badge though I reckon. Looks wicked in the reflection of cars with the running lights and no massive number plate sticking out.

Thanks mate! Need to find some, struggling. Will probably glue some rings rather than finding a mount

Big day today! Went down to Powerflow Mitcham and had Stephen work his magic.

Quad exhaust & new diffuser fitted. Sounds so good. Not too intrusive when cruising in D but move to S and plant your foot and it comes alive. It’s got a nice throb at idle.

I’ll post a before/after video soon.

It’s this place: Powerflow
10 Wandle Way, Mitcham CR4 4NB

Highly recommended. Diffuser is from an S4 B8, annoyingly the chrome trim is more expensive than the whole diffuser

I live in Wimbledon Chase. I've just had a Powervalve exhaust fitted and on Monday an RS front grill and Royal Steering wheel flat bottomed will go on

I was going to Revo mine but cancelled at the last minute as it was £850 for a stage 1.
Powerflow do a stage one for £240

It’s provided by top gear tuning, haven’t seen the best reviews. I’m looking at a Celtic remap I reckon

Just taken the plunge into Ali Express should save me £150 not having to buy that chrome trim for standard diffuser. Think black will work better too.

We’ll see what arrives in 7-15 days!

Lots has happened, haven’t updated in a while.

Firstly, diffuser doesn’t fit quite right, it bows and comes away along the rear, doesn’t clip in securely to hold it on - any tips?

Grill & number plate finished last month...

Alloys repaired & resprayed grey today

New exhaust sounding lovely, still haven’t had time to fit the pads in the rear, might do that this eve

Stikaflex bodykit adhesive may do the job on your rear diffuser.

Car is looking good by the way. :thumbs up:

Thanks J! Got some Stikaflex on the way, will see how it goes. Have you used it before? Any tips?

Haven't used it myself, but bodyshop who put my Dynamic bodykit on my A4 swears by it.

Let us know how you get on.

Mask off areas you don't want to get it on and be sure to wear disposable gloves.

Its like silicone but thicker and is easy to get all over the place so take your time and be careful what you touch.
