May need spacers because i think the offsets are higher on the b6's. But the stud pattern is right.

Clive had them on his B5 S4, IIRC just bolted straight on

I agree with Dave. It's a very common mod. Looks really good and makes a big improvement considering how similiar the wheels look.

Yup don't listen to me i'm thinking of the newer audis with the 54 offsets.

I think Random is right, you will probably need 5mm spaces or bigger.

I enquired about this before, and SatanS4 had them on his B5 S4 - he said it was a very tight fit and when he fitted new brake pads, the calipers where catching on the spokes iirc

He has RS6 front calipers which are much larger than stock. The B6 rims have a 45mm offset if that helps (can't remember what the stock B5 S4 rims are).
