Will these fit?

Found a set of genuine S4 AVUS 18" wheels from a 2005 s4...will they fit my 3.2 Q ??? Not sure what `ET` they are???

A3
Offset - 42 to 50
Bore - 57.1

they will fit but they might stick out a but there is 3mm to play with - spacers might be an option though from H&R
