Will these fit?

I want to upgrade my 17" alloys on my 03 Cabriolet to some 19 RS6 style, seen a set with an offset of 45 & stud pattern of 5 x 112, can someone tell me if these will fit or not.

If not, anyone selling any??
 
i would double check before you buy 'em, when i upgraded from 17" to 18" alloys the width of the wheel went from 7.5" to 8" and i bet 19" rims have a width of 8.5" so you will need a lower offset to make sure they don't rub when fitted

the offset on my original star design 17's was ET42 but the offset on my 18's is ET35 to allow for the extra width of the alloy
 
ET35 wheels would stick out further than ET45 by 10 mm so surely they would have more chance of rubbing.
 
not unless its been lowered and its not the body work that you need to be worried about the wheel rubbing on, the extra offset is to provide clearance from the running gear on the inside of the alloy.
 
Now i'm totally confused?

Rim width is apparently 8J, will these be ok?
