Who owns BA55 CJN

Hi guys so back in Aug 2018 my S4 was stolen from London and then recovered from Leicester, long story short it was sold to someone from the salvage yard and it is back on the road. It was a 2012 grey S4 Avant black edition with spacers on the back, it had a BMC air filter and had a some amp wiring in the boot.

Does anyone own this car now as I would like to speak to you regarding the number plate
