I know where it is coming from (tube that is taped up) but don’t know what this tube is called, any help?

Given it runs from the Vaccuum pump to the intake. I'd say it's the Vaccuum pump to intake hose...

Without knowing the engine code, couldn't say, but maybe as above or secondary air pump.
