Which oil am buying today???

Hi I am going to buy the oil for my service today I have a 1.8t 190 2004!

Which oil is best to put in is it 5w40? And also fully or semi synthetic?

Yep, 5-40 fully synthetic is best. I used to use fuchs titan supersyn.
I have a mate who has just started using fuchs race pro-s which is an ester based oil (better than fully synthetic) if you can stretch your budget, give it a go - you wont be disappointed!

That's silkolene isnt it? I'm sure I put that make of oil in my starlet back in the day and if I remember rightly it was the nuts.
