which colour spring do i use in my forge dv?

Ive just bought the forge 007p dv and spring tuning kit for my 1.8t and dont know which spring is most suitable for the new remap i am thinking of getting from these people.

Has any one else used this company before?They quote good bhp(205) and torque(310nm) figures on there map and only want £395 to come and install at my house in devon.

The forge colour spring guide is as follows:

Green - 5-15 PSI

Yellow - 15-23 PSI

Blue - 23-30 PSI

Red - 30 + PSI

Yellow is popular for most maps but I always thought green made everything a bit smoother ie town driving.

In general green is fine for standard and then yellow when chipped .
