Braided hoses are much of a muchness, you won't notice a difference between brands. I use HEL hoses because they are round the corner from me and do great deals / make custom stuff if you collect. Top quality kit.

ATE super blue fluid is as good as you will need for road use, and it's easy to bleed with as the fluid turns blue out of each bleed nipple when all the old stuff is out.

I presume you're running standard brakes, in which case I wouldn't waste your time with braided hoses, you wont notice a difference. ATE super blue fluid can be brought on eBay, or just try googling it.

You are much better just upgrading your brake pads and fluid
