which body kit is this?

I've seen this on a few A3's and wanted to know if anyone knew which kit it is?

Seen a couple for sale which have stated it was a Genuine Audi kit, and it seems that some of them may have been fitted at time of manufacture. Is this true any ideas?

looks like an Lester one

looks the bottom half (non genuine) has been stuck to the top half (genuine) of the bumper, cant imagine audi making a bumper that looks like that. not my cuppa tea but everyones different
