Hi
Got a boost gauge & pod to fit, haven't really looked into it yet but I'm assuming I'll be able to find a way through the bulkhead and up into the cabin with the piping, my question is where have you guys tapped into the wiring to get the gauge to light up when the ignition is on?
Many thanks in advance

Take the cowling off under the steering column, you'll find all the relay's there. Under the relays there are some points where you can run power from, the one marked "75x" is switched live, meaning it's live when ignition is switched on.

If it's a "smoked face" type of gauge that's always illuminated it's likely it'll have a light switch wire as well which dims the gauge when you turn the lights on so the gauge doesn't dazzle you, you can run this to the back of the light switch, I believe any one of the purple and grey wires out the back of the switch will be fine for this.

Can pretty easily test all this with a volt meter though!... And I recommend you do as my memory is a little hazy on this :tearsofjoy:

Thanks for that I'll have a look, doesn't sound too hard!

Cheers :)
