Wheel Painting?

I’ve had my car 3 weeks now, and thinking about changing or painting the wheels. I specced the stock silver colour alloys, as I didn’t like the way the other options were completely painted.

Knowing nothing about wheel refurbishment, any recommendations regarding wet painting versus powder coating, or is it a false economy (£60-£80 per wheel) or should I bite the bullet and spend the cash on after market alloys. I don’t tend to keep my cars for longer than 18-24 months.....

Hi mate for what is worth if you like the design on of the oem alloys I would change the colour but have them fully powder coated and not sprayed up in a van, personal choice. But like everything you have to do what suits you regarding costs as well good luck mate

Had my titanium rotors professionally powder coated black then sprayed over silver....
Just make sure you go to a professional shop. I used The Wheel Specialist. They are nationwide

You'll need to pay more like 100+ per wheel. Depending on finish could be more.
But worth it !
