Wheel offset S6

I'm looking at wheel choices and I'm almost decided on these R8 V10 wheels but the offset is ET30 and standard wheels are ET45. Does anyone know if the 21.4mm poke cause me any issues.

I have used that mate cheers. Think I just need to take some measurements on the current wheels to see off new wheels will poke past the arches

S6 wheels are 20 x 8.5 ET 43? You sure they're ET45?
What's the spec of the new ones?

Mine are only 19's with 255/40/19 tyres on them. The spec I took from this site which say 8.5j ET45

Yes that's my current wheels. I've been out and measured and an extra 21mm from the wheel surface will be too much I think. Meaning ET 35 would be the furthest out I could go. With 16mm poke over standard
