Hi peeps,
As the title suggests really...
I've just bought a 2006 A4 2.0 TDI 140 Cabriolet and have been told that according to the VIN its the later gear drive engine (phew!) and that it has a DPF fitted.
In order to improve reliability and overall driveability as well as economy, I'm going to look to to get the EGR deleted, the DPF replaced by a straight through pipe and then a remap done to sort it all out and avoid Engine Management lights coming on etc..
Where is good to get this lot done and how much should I be expecting to pay?
Also, what sort of improvements in overall economy can I expect?
Any help/info would be much appreciated
Cheers,
J
