Whats the best way to bleed the clutch?

How do you do it

I've just done a gravity bleed but its been such a long time since i've driven the car i've forgot what the clutch felt like before.

pump pedal 10-20 times in rapid succession, then suck out fluid/pressure bleed, repeat 2-3 times..

it does feel hit and miss tho..
daft design which does'nt bleed up well

I used one of those eezibleed kits, worked well but the brakes still need doing after the rear discs and pads have bedded in a bit more.
