Moderators are required to keep the place tidy...to remove unsuitable posts etc...and to ensure people abide by the forum rules.
To do this, you have to actually log on, and spend a good amount of time on the board...doing what Moderators do...
Tanya has been removed along with several others as their input was not contributing to the running of the site...we are spread thin enough as it is...and need dedicated people...so the decision was taken to remove inactive Moderators and replace them with people who actually want to help ut.
So, unfortunately Tanya has been removed from the list - along with several others, and Paul (r88per) has joined us to lend some assistance.

Just to follow on:
Matt (Admin) has done some great work on improving this site...it's not perfect...but he / we are human...and everything takes time, so please be patient.
In the meantime, you will all notice changes...and some will involve other Moderators being appointed...
