What would be the point in drilling holes in the valve ?

nothing what so ever, it will throw the ECU light, prob designed by the same people that drill holes in the wrong side of there air box, then when some one points out the **** up they try and sell it as a top mod job

It's been drilled to make it louder when it dumps.

A normal DV is full of holes but this is obviously a recirc valve due to the additional outlet. He's probably selling it as it's now not working.

he's probably drilled through the diaphram too making it unuseable.... same principle as crashing a car and selling it as modified bodywork IMO
