What to do..

Hi all, i currently own a 2.0 TDI black audi a3.

I want to do some minor mods, make it look good and also sound better (as its a diesel it sounds like a go kart lol). Any suggestions as i have no idea were to start i think my first port of call is Window Tints 100% rear 50% front. But after that ive no idea was thinking maybe dump valve but dont know much about cars dont know if you can get them for diesels lol.

Suggestions would be great if possible,

is It 140 or 170? I removed rear box and fitted straight pipe instead so the noise was more brutal. In fact you can discard whole exhaust and fit straight pipe if you wish

100% rear will be too dark at night and be careful with front tints as these are illegal (usually done at factory to legal level)

its a 140, and yeah i managed to get away with tints on my Corsa C so hopefully touch wood if i get them done i will manage to get away with it with my audi, Do straight throughs sound good with diesel cars though?

Limo tints are chavtastic, please don't do that to your Audi.

Have to agree with Tim, go for a nice
Smoke tint.

Yeh think might leave tints. Dunno what else to do lol

Loads of little cheap mods you can do such as:

- Ambient Interior Lighting - £10
- LED Lighting - < £30 for Numberplate & Interior Ceiling lights


What spec do you have? If you have a Sport/SE then you definitely at some point need to upgrade your bumper to the S Line kit. Check out Ads epic thread here to see his Sport to S Line transformation.
