What oil for 1.8T (190)?

I'm about to service my 53 plate 1.8T(190). What oil should I use? Any assistance appreciated.

I always use castrol edge 5w-30.

Fully.

Always use fully synthetic.

The VAG spec was 503.00 Castrol SLX longlife II 0w30 was the oil.

The 5w30 Edge is the replacement.

I'm using Elf Excellium 0w30 which meets the higher 503.01 spec.
